　　2016年2月26日，詹尼·因凡蒂諾中選新任國際足聯(lián)主席。臨淄區(qū)委書記宋振波、臨淄區(qū)人民政府區(qū)長白平和第一時刻向因凡蒂諾發(fā)去賀信，不久，因凡蒂諾發(fā)來了回信，以示謝謝。信中寫道：“我方案于恰當?shù)臅r刻親往訪問這片漂亮的土地，領會足球起源地的魅力！”

　　在因凡蒂諾中選國際足聯(lián)主席后在到會記者會時曾許諾協(xié)助我國足球未來開展。因凡蒂諾稱，他此前曾多次到訪我國觀察足球項目，對我國政府與足協(xié)在足球運動開展上的投入形象深刻。

　　詹尼·因凡蒂諾，1970年3月23日出生于瑞士布里格。2000年加入歐足聯(lián)，從2009年起擔任歐足聯(lián)秘書長。2016年2月26日，46歲的因凡蒂諾中選國際足聯(lián)主席，變成歷史上最年青的國際足聯(lián)主席。其任期將會繼續(xù)到2019年。

　　二位的關心與鼓舞令我十分感動！關于二位的支持與信賴，我十分垂青，請你們放心，我將傾盡所能，力求達成下述中心任務：讓足球重返國際足聯(lián)，讓國際足聯(lián)復歸足球——以此重建國際足聯(lián)的名譽與公信，重燃咱們的決心與自豪！

　　毋庸置疑，唯有依托競技競賽這個最優(yōu)渠道，國際足聯(lián)方可再綻光彩；誠能如此，咱們才得以向外界傳遞那些與咱們的中心任務密不可分的崇高信條：開展足球運動，讓足球感動國際，用足球構筑更為夸姣的未來。

You can rest assured that I am very aware of your support and your trust, and I will foucus all of my energy into pursuing my core missions, which are to bring football back to FIFA and FIFA back to football, to restore our reputation and our credibility, to bring back confidence and pride to our organisation.
